The Hotel confirms, that "[Name]" guests will not be walked. In case of an "[Name]" guest no-show, the Hotel cannot release the room without approval from "[Name]". "[Name" will be held liable for payment for the full duration of this booking, regardless of wether the guest arrives or not.
Heißt das, dass die Gäste "nicht verfolgt werden"? Eine andere Interpretation sehe ich derzeit nicht. Wie würdet Ihr diesen Begriff übersetzen? |

Ich hatte auch erst an "abgewiesen" gedacht, aber ich denke es geht speziell darum, dass Gäste nicht einfach weggeschickt werden, sondern ihnen eine (gleichwertige) Alternative angeboten wird.
