Aus einem Immobilienverwaltungsvertrag. Im Text kommt auch der Begriff "occupational lease" vor, der hier schon einmal besprochen und als "Miete zur Eigennutzung" gelöst wurde. Eine Erklärung oder Übersetzung für "occupational tenant" ist jedoch nirgends zu finden. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Asker: Hallo Ilona, es handelt sich leider nicht um landwirtschaftliche Flächen, ich denke, Daniel Gebauers letzte Antwort ist bisher die beste (Mieter zur Eigennutzung)
