Aus einem Immobilienverwaltungsvertrag. Im Text kommt auch der Begriff "occupational lease" vor, der hier schon einmal besprochen und als "Miete zur Eigennutzung" gelöst wurde. Eine Erklärung oder Übersetzung für "occupational tenant" ist jedoch nirgends zu finden. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
