1.5 Termination
The Buyer shall have the right to terminate this Contract for its convenience with respect to any Equipment until risk of loss to such Equipment has passed to the Buyer. Such termination shall be effective upon (i) the receipt by the Seller of written notice of termination, and (ii) the completion of each of the items further described by the clause in clause 4.6 (Termination and Termination Schedule).
