Am Ende des Absatzes folgt:
For the avoidance of doubt: a prejudgement seizure (“conservatoir beslag”) on the shares will not constitute a breach of obligations as stipulated in this clause, unless it has been validated (“van waarde verklaard”).
Da ich kein Juristenholländisch verstehe, hilft mir leider auch der Klammerzusatz nichts. Ich dachte eventuell an "außergerichtliche Pfändung"? |
