(aus einem Kooperationsvertrag zwischen zwei Unternehmen)
Wäre B. hier mit Afiliate gleichzusetzen und kann es damit als Tochterunternehmen/verbundenes Unternehmen übersetzt werden?
Habe ich in diesem Kontext noch nicht erlebt - bisher nur in der Bedeutung "Begünstigter", etc. Der AT wurde aber möglicherweise von keinem Muttersprachler geschrieben.
Vielleicht hat jemand eine Erklärung?

Explanation:
Ich würde den Begriff auch hier in der Grundbedeutung so übersetzen. Es handelt sich wohl um ein verbundenes Unternehmen, das gleichzeitig begünstigtes Unternehmen ist.
Was meinen andere dazu?
