Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Partnership Agreement, the Partnership hereby grants to Service Provider a Profits Interest in the Partnership consisting of 200 Common Units (the “Subject Units”).

"Subject units" sind die Anteile, die Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vertrages sind ("subject to this agreement/contract"). Da von einer "Partnership" die Rede ist, gehe ich davon aus, dass Anteile und nicht Aktien gemeint sind.
