In the event of sale by delivery to a different place to that originally intended, the General Agent shall assign to XXX his rights against the carrier and his ***right to pursue the goods by legal means***. In the dispatch documents the General Agent should ensure that note is made that XXX is authorised to give instructions with respect to the goods. The obligations of the General Agent vis-à-vis the carrier remain unaffected.
