In the event that XXX is unable to deliver or the General Agent is unable to take ***peaceful possession*** of the Goods as the result of bankruptcy proceedings or other litigation involving Dealer, the repurchase obligations and time periods referenced above shall be tolled until the legal restrictions are removed plus sixty (60) days. |
