In meinem Fall geht es um Vertragsbedingungen. Meine Frage ist nun, ob die schriftliche Kündigung eines Vertrags durch eine der Parteien außer per Einschreiben von einem Gerichtsvollzieher zugestellt werden kann??? Oder ist einfach gemeint "Zustellung von Amts wegen"? Die Vertragspartner sitzen in Deutschland und Holland, Vertragsgegenstand ist eine Dienstleistung.

Wer kennt sich juristisch gut aus und kann mir hier weiterhelfen?
