Recourse Payout.
Guarantor shall pay Funder for Losses on the Contract up to the Maximum Amount, and in no event shall Guarantor be obligated to pay Funder more than the Maximum Amount....

Refund to Guarantor.
In the event that Guarantor has made a ***recourse payment*** to Funder under this Agreement, and subsequently the Funder achieves a Recovery that exceeds the Net Investment less the ***recourse payment*** paid by Guarantor to Funder under this Agreement, then Funder shall refund to Guarantor such excess amount within thirty (30) days of Funder’s receipt of such amount, without any right of offset, up to the amount paid by Guarantor to Funder pursuant to this Agreement.
