Die Grundbücher in D/A/CH sind nicht unbedingt mikt den kanadischen vergleichbar, auch nicht die Instrumente. Aber mit Vormerkung (gegen böswillige Käufer) klappts meistens.
Ich lasse Begriffe ungern im Original stehen: Wenn der Übersetzer schon nicht weiss, was es ist, was soll der arme Leser erst tun?

Asker: Danke für deine flotte Antwort, Hans. Ja, für notice habe ich sowohl Vermerk als auch Vormerkung (oft in Anführungszeichen) gefunden, teilweise wurde notice direkt übernommen.

Asker: Offenbar gibt es in Kanada 2 Systeme, und eines ist zumindest mit unserem vergleichbar (Torrens-System). Falls du den Link mal brauchen kannst: http://www.poltenassociates.com/realestate-ger.pdf
