This Agreement and any amendment hereto may be executed in counterparts, and by using ***facsimile and electronic signature pages***, each of which when executed and delivered shall be deemed an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

Mir sind die Bezüge hier nicht klar. Handelt es sich um Seiten mit Faksimile- und elektronischen Unterschriften oder um Faxseiten und Seiten mit elektronischer Unterschrift/Signatur?

Explanation:
Ersteres ist wohl richtig. Die verschiedenen Ausfertigungen der Vereinbarung sind natürlich nur mit Unterschrift gültig. Hier wird festgelegt, dass auch Faksimile- und elektronische Unterschriften dazugehören.
