English to German translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) | | English term or phrase: financial certification | Hallo,
ich übersetze einen Vertrag zwischen zwei Unternehmen. Darin:
- X shall complete and return to Y in a timely manner, *financial certification* or disclosure forms, as applicable, provided to the X by Y.
- X shall ensure that all sub companies shall complete and return all *financial certification*/disclosure forms.
Hat jemand eine Idee, wie man das gut ins Deutsche bringen könnte?
Vielen Dank! |

20 hrs confidence: Urkunden über ihre finanzielle Vermögensbilanz oder die Disclosure-Formulare
Explanation: There is no German word for disclosure in an M&A / corporate law context.
*Financial certification* needs to contain the words 'Urkunde' (certificate) and 'Vermögensbilanz' (financial), you may even leave out 'finanziell' but you may as well include it.
