Aus einem Arbeitsvertrag; es geht um die Boniregelung eines Managers:

"The present bonus scheme offers a bonus opportunity of a maximum of 30% of annual base salary per calendar year. xx € of the bonus is guaranteed for 2002 payable at the end of January 2003 *****payable against objectives of the remaining months in 2002*****."

Mit dem markierten Abschnitt komme ich nicht ganz klar. Was ist hier gemeint?

Könnte damit gemeint sein, dass die Höhe des Bonus - abgesehen von der garantierten Mindestsumme - im Übrigen von der Umsetzung/Erfüllung der Unternehmensziele abhängt? Oder liege ich gerade völlig daneben?

Der Bonus beträgt unabhängig von der Unter- oder Überfüllung der Ziele 30% des Jahresgrundgehalts.
Davon werden xx € gegen die (im Zeitpunkt X, hier nicht ersichtlich)verbleibenden Ziele des Jahres 2002 garantiert - logischerweise nur bei Untererfüllung, bei Übererfüllung erhält er ohnehin mehr bis zum Maximum von 30% usw.
