Hallo, es geht um einen Standardsatz in Vertragstexten, aber ich habe für "officer or attorney" noch keine gute Übersetzung gefunden:

"If the appointer is a corporation, this form must be under the Common Seal or under the hand of some **officer or attorney** duly authorised on its behalf."

Wie übersetzt ihr "officer or attorney"?

kann im BE natürlich auch ein Bevollmächtigter sein - aber wie immer, der Kontext kommt nicht oder zu spät ;0)

In meinem Fall habe ich eher den "leitenden Mitarbeiter oder Bevollmächtigten" gesucht, ich hatte vergessen anzugeben, dass es BE ist, sorry...
