Normalerweise kenne ich diese Wendung aus Patente, aber in diesem Zusammenhang soll ja das Gleiche gesagt werden wier im Ausdruck "including but not limited to", und das übersetzt man üblicherweise mit "insbesondere".

Ich würde bei der Übersetzung die Klammer weglassen und nach "Kredit" mit "insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit ..." fortfahren. Die Klammer ist wirklich merkwürdig, da gebe ich Derek Recht. |

Explanation:
You could, I suppose, go with something like "beispielsweise, aber nicht ausschließlich", but "u.a." (i.e., "unter anderen") expresses just that.
Also, the placement of the parenthesis in the sentence seems strange; I would expect it before "by". With "u.a." you don't even need parentheses. ;)
