4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
This is a crazy text. Actually, I feel that Präambel is a very good translation for Introduction. But I must admit that I prefer Erklärungen for Acknowledgements. I could pretty much justify lumping Introduction + Acknowledgements together in Prämbel, because the signature at the bottom of the contract is the agreement to everything included on the whole paper.
On the other hand, why/how do they call something Introduction that comes in the middle of the contract? If they call it an Introduction, I guess you can call it a Präambel.
You might have to cut through the mustard here and make your own decision. Like I said, this seems to be a crazy text.

Asker: Hi Mary, do you think that "Präambel" would also fit here, even if it is in the middle of the contract? I thought "Präambel" is always used at the beginning of a contract?
Asker: Thank you for your help. "Acknowledgements" occured two times in my text. I choose "Präambel" for the heading. I would have liked to give you half of the points, but that is not possible - unfortunately.
