Main Target: The Agency Entity will use best efforts to achieve an aggregate cost improvement (savings) of xx% (xx percent) in FY2011 versus the previous FY based on **Net Net Media Cost.** For the following financial years both parties will agree on yearly saving targets prior to the beginning of the respective financial year but not later than during the first quarter of the respective financial year.

Rahfassung:

Hauptziel: Die Agentur bemüht sich nach besten Kräften um eine Verbesserung (bzw. Verringerung) der Gesamtkosten (Einsparung) von xx % (xx Prozent) im Geschäftsjahr 2011 gegenüber dem vorhergehenden Geschäftsjahr auf Grundlage der ***Netto-Medienkosten?**. Für das folgende Geschäftsjahr vereinbaren beide Parteien vor Beginn des jeweiligen Geschäftsjahrs aber nicht später als im ersten Quartal des betreffenden Geschäftsjahrs jährliche Einsparziele.
