Es geht um einen US-amerikanischen Vertrag, an dem 3 Parteien beteiligt sind:

1. ein "cash depositor" (ein "accredited investor"),

2. ein Unternehmen, das dem "cash depositor" Dienstleistungen in Zusammenhang mit der Finanzierung einer Übernahme erbringt, und dafür ein Entgelt verlangt

3. ein "cash deposit agent" eine Art Treuhänder, Treuhandstelle, Verwahrer, die den per Banküberweisung erhaltenen Betrag für das Untenehmen treuhänderisch verwaltet, bis bestimmte Bedingungen erfüllt sind, und danach den erhaltenen Betrag an das Unternehmen auszahlt.

Ich denke in Richtung "Bareinlagevertrag", "Barhinterlegungsbetrag", bin mir aber leider überhaupt nicht sicher, da Google so gut wie keine Antworten gibt.

Das Ganze scheint eine Art Treuhandgeschäft zu sein.

Wer kennt den Terminus und kann helfen?
