XXX received a Letter of Intent with indicative terms for a proposed agreement from a potential buyer to acquire the shares of YYY and subsidiaries on 26 August 2010, which was confirmed on 15 September 2010 and 15 November 2010, extending the exclusivity period for this party ***and confirm further agreement***.

Noch eine Frage zum gleichen Satz: Wie versteht ihr das Satzende? Kann es sein, dass da was fehlt? Und auch sonst sind mir die Zusammenhänge nicht ganz klar. Hier meine provisorische Übersetzung:

Am 26. August 2010 erhielt XXX eine Absichtserklärung für den Verkauf der Anteile von YYY und seinen Töchtern an einen potenziellen Käufer. Diese Absichtserklärung enthielt die vorgesehenen Bestimmungen des Verkaufvertrags und wurde am 15. September 2010 und 15. November 2010 bestätigt. Darüber hinaus wurde die Exklusivitätsperiode für diesen potenziellen Käufer verlängert ***and confirm further agreement***.
