including any state or jurisdiction therein - hier würde ich sagen: US Bundestaat und US Gerichtsbarkeit (beziehe das "therein" auf USA und nicht auf state (?)

any other country or jurisdiction in the world - irgendein anderes Land oder Gerichtsbarkeit weltweit (Frage : country+jurisdiction - redundant, oder nicht: Es gibt ja auch Gerichte, die staatsübergreifend handeln)
