Es handelt sich um einen Vertrag, in dem es heißt:

The supply of products by xy shall be subject to xy`s standard terms and conditions of sale ***as issued from time to time***.

Sehe ich das richtig - gemeint ist "... unterliegt den jeweils aktuell gültigen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen". Oder verheddere ich mich gerade?

Diese Klausel enthält den Vorbehalt. dass die AGB jederzeit / zu gegebener Zeit / "immer wieder mal" geändert werden können. Dieses from time to time ist ein Klassiker in angloamerikanischen Verträgen, die fast jeder anders übersetzt - die jeweils gültigen AGB trifft es aber genau so gut.
