Sinngemäß stimmt der Satz durchaus, aber er holpert noch ganz schön. Hier mein Vorschlag:

Die Vertragspartner dieser Vereinbarung sichern einander zu, ihre Handlungsbevollmächtigten gegenseitig klag- und schadlos zu halten.
