Es geht um den Erwerb und die Verwaltung von Immobilien. Die handelnden Personen sind:

1. ein Asset Manager
2. ein Trustee
3. eine Holdinggesellschaft
4. ein Eigentümer

Der Asset Manager erhält für seine Leistungen:

1. für die Erbringung von Akquisitionsleistungen (= Erwerb von Immobilien) eine "acquisition fee" (Akquisitionsgebühr)
2. eine "base management fee" (Verwaltungsgrundgebühr?)
3. eine ***debt arrangement fee***

Letztere wird im Vertrag so definiert:

"Debt Arrangement Fee" means the fee payable to the Asset Manager in accordance with clause ...
"Debt Arrangement Services" means the arranging of third party debt on behalf of the Trustee, the Holding Company, the Owner and/or any of their controlled entities or wholly owned subsidiaries on terms approved by the Trustee provided that such arranging does not constitute the carrying on of unlicensed investment business the doing of which would constitute an offence under the Investment Business Act 1991.
