Der direkte Verweis auf § 119 BGB macht die Sache ganz einfach - das wäre über eine Internet-Suche in wenigen Sekunden herauszufinden gewesen!
In der englischen Übersetzung des BGB (zweite zitierte Quelle unten) ist aber wiederum von "Voidability for mistake" die Rede - vermutlich einfach eine andere Präferenz des Übersetzers. Die deutsche Fassung ist letztendlich sowieso maßgeblich.
