The Companies included in the scope of the EWC – and which, at a given date, cease satisfying one or more of the criteria listed under Article XXX – shall exit, ***as a matter of right***, immediately and without any prior notice, the scope of this Agreement. Therefore, their representative, if any, shall cease as of the said date being a member of the EWC or carrying out any of the functions provided for in this Agreement.
Die zum Zuständigkeitsbereich des EBR gehörenden Unternehmen, die zu einem bestimmten Datum eines oder mehrere der unter Artikel XXX aufgeführten Kriterien nicht mehr erfüllen, sollen ***automatisch*** sofort und ohne vorherige Ankündigung aus dem Anwendungsbereich dieser Vereinbarung ausscheiden. Daher sollen ihre Vertreter, soweit vorhanden, ab dem betreffenden Datum ihr Amt als Mitglied des EBR niederlegen und keine der in dieser Vereinbarung vorgesehenen Funktionen ausüben.
Das kingt mir so nach automatisch, oder sollte es doch "von Rechts wegen" sein?
