Ich sitze immer noch an dem IT-Dienstleistungsvertrag. Mit der o.g. Passage habe ich echt Schwierigkeiten zu verstehen, was gemeint ist.
Zum Verständnis hier der gesamte Abschnitt:
The Parties hereby amend the Section 16.I.I (Invoices-General) to delete the existing language of Section 16.1.1 (t) and restate it as follows:
16.1.1(0: In respect of the European New Business Unit, the Europe IV New Business Unit, and the Europe Vl-A New Business Unit, each of the XXX Europe Affiliates shall furnish invoices to a location as directed by YYY, by the tenth ( 10th) day of each month, in arrears, for Services performed by such CSC Europe Affiliate in the preceding month. YYY shall direct XXX Europe in writing in respect of the location(s) to send invoices in advance of the European New Business Unit Service Commencement Date, the Europe IV New Business Unit Service Commencement Date, or the Europe VI-A New Business Unit Service Commencement Dale. Each YYY Affiliate who is a party to a European Affiliate Agreement, Europe IV Affiliate Agreement, or Europe VI-A Affiliate Agreement ***may modify or add to such locations during the Term following reasonable advance notice to ***the other party to such European Affiliate AgreemenT, Europe IV Affiliate Agreement, or Europe VI-A Affiliate Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 8.11 of the [Contract], YYY agrees that it shall only dispute the portion of XXX's invoice which gives rise to a good-faith dispute and shall pay the remaining portion of XXX's invoice in accordance with the Agreement (excluding Section 8.11 of the [Contract]).

natürlich müsste der Vertragspartner noch hinter der Ankündigungsfrist erscheinen, aber der war ja nicht mit abgefragt ;-)
Kann ja immer mal vorkommen, dass ein Standort oder Funktionen verlegt werden oder das Unternehmen expandiert... Hier geht es zwar um Services, aber in unseren Software Verträgen ist z.B. immer genau definiert, wo die SW installiert werden darf...
ich bin mir nicht bewusst, diese Frage selbst abgeschlossen zu haben. Wenn doch, dann ist es versehentlich geschehen. Danke trotzdem noch einmal für die Hilfe. Sie kam definitiv rechtzeitig.

Es steht aber doch " to add TO such locations" drin. D. h. für mich "zu diesen "Standorten" hinzufügen. Das ist das, was ich nicht verstehe. Stehe ich völlig auf der Leitung?
Danke Johanna. Aber ich verstehe den Satz immer noch nicht. Da fehlt doch dann, was die Tochtergesselschaft ändern oder hinzufügen kann. Ich verzweifle heute noch an diesem Text...
