Ich vermute, dass es um die Nutzungsrechte geht, bin mir aber nicht ganz sicher, wie ich den zweiten Teil des Satzes zu verstehen habe. Heißt das einfach, dass der Entleiher keine Rechte verkaufen darf? Ich verstehe nicht ganz , wer hier keine Rechte erwerben darf.
Ist das so korrekt:
Der Entleiher darf Rechte am Vertragsgegenstand weder abtreten, noch verkaufen.

Asker: Danke Katja und Claus. Ich hatte das zuerst auch so, konnte mir aber gar nichts darunter vorstellen (Verträge sind nicht gerade meine Spezialität).
Aber mit Claus' Beispiel ist das jetzt klarer für mich.
