Ich verstehe das so:
Wenn zwischen CCC und DDD eine Pattsituation/Stimmengleichheit besteht (60 gegen 60), stimmen diese beiden Parteien/Aktionäre automatisch (wegen "default") mit "Nein", also gegen eine Annahme des betreffenden Beschlusses. Anders ausgedrückt wird die Stimmabgabe von CCC und DDD in einem solchen Fall automatisch als "Nein"/Ablehnung gewertet.
Hier geht es m. E. nicht um die Einstufung als Stimmenthaltung. |
