Explanation:
Punitive und non-com. damages sind nicht ganz das Gleiche. Punitive damages haben auch - aber keineswegs nur - Strafcharakter. Blöd formuliert kommt beim punitive damage zum Schadensersatz noch ein Strafzuschlag dazu.
