Es geht hier, wie ich bei weiterer Lektüre des Textes und meiner Rechtsskripten feststellen konnte, um eine Sicherstellung des Pfandrechts, und zwar um um Sicherstellung durch die Erfüllung des Publizitätsgrundsatzes, wonach das Pfandrecht für dritte Parteien erkennbar sein muss.
Das Wörtchen "Sicherstellen" hat mir noch gefehlt, um den Sinn voll zu begreifen. Haben Sie vielen Dank.
