In the case of any delay whatsoever with respect to the Reception Date for a cause attributable or related to the Seller, the Seller irrevocably and unconditionally agrees that it will be liable for and will pay to the Purchaser at its first demand a daily **lateness penalty** equal to 0.5% of the Total Price, that is, __________(________________________), for each and every Day of delay until such date as the delayed operation or obligation has been respectively completed or entirely performed in accordance with this Agreement.
