Explanation:
Ich würde etwas mit possession nehmen, z.B. right of possession oder s. Vorschläge, und zwar im Unterschied zu property/proprietory als Eigentum. Im Deutschen unterscheiden wir ja auch zwischen Eigentum und Besitz.
