Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / EULA term
English term or phrase: rights of privacy or publicity
Hello,
This term appears in a EULA for software, usually in this or similar context:

Content does not defame any individual or entity, or
infringe on any individual's or entity's rights of privacy or publicity ...

This term "rights of privacy or publicity" always appears like that.

Does anyone know what the German equivalent would be?

Thanks very much in advance!
Gabriele
