Dietl/Lorenz: "to have good title" = "hinreichend berechtigt sein"; "marketable title" = "hinreichendes Eigentumsrecht".
"good and marketable" scheint eine der in der englischen Rechtssprache so häufig anzutreffenden Doppelungen zu sein.
Frage: Geht es hier um den Erwerb von Immobilien? |

| Grading comment thanks, Steffen, and the other good souls. This is about the sale of assets, incl. Immobilien. But I made a typo: it is "good and marketable" not "good land ...". Sorry
