Explanation:
I would translate "construed in accordance" as "ausgelegt/auszulegen nach deutschem Recht", but it often deos not need to be included - almost anything that falls under German law will construed accordingly. There are however international cases in which German jurisdiction may be is established, but where the judge may have to construe certain parts of an agreement according to another law (which is when the Max-Planck Institute for International Law with their experts come into play). ;-)

Explanation:
I would translate "construed in accordance" as "ausgelegt/auszulegen nach deutschem Recht", but it often deos not need to be included - almost anything that falls under German law will construed accordingly.
