I`m helpless about the EPK - I do have an energy purchase contract as a part of this whole contract......can this "K" just be a typo (EPC??) or did I miss something here.....any idea collegues???

Yes, it's definitely a typo. EPC stands for "Engineering, Procurement and Construction". Even in German technical texts, you usually read "EPC-Vertrag(sbedingungen).
