UNSURANCE

(a) The Supplier shall **hold and keep current** during the course of the Project of insurance for sums acceptable to XXX and with reputable insurers for all risks reasonably associated with the Project and in particular, without limitation, for the following:
(i) Worker's Compensation;
(ii) Public Liability;
(iii) Comprehensive Insurance in respect of any vehicles and equipment to be used in carrying out the Project, covering loss of and damage to the relevant vehicles and equipment and any property of XXX and any third party and covering injury and death of any driver or operator thereof or to any staff member of XXX or any third person; and
(iv) any other insurance taken out by the Supplier as reasonably requested by XXX.

Der Lieferant/Zulieferer/Dienstleister muss ... Versicherungen aufrechterhalten (also nicht kündigen oder auslaufen lassen) und aktualisieren (zB wegen Werterhöhung/Lohnkostensteigerungen/Zugang oder wegen Verkauf von versicherten Risiken)

Für Martin: hold = Versicherung halten = weiterhin bestehen lassen, nicht kündigen (Versicherung besteht bereits!)
keep current = aktualisieren = neue Risiken einschliessen, höhere Werte als Risiko beachten usw.
