Den Ausdruck "general assignment for benefit of creditors" habe ich in den Kudoz-Glossaries bereits mit der Übersetzung "Gesamtvermögen zur allgemeinen Gläubigerbefriedigung bereitstellen" gefunden; aber wie bringe ich am besten das "involving Licensee" in der Übersetzung unter, damit es auch eine "gute" deutsche Fassung hat?

Explanation:
wäre eine Möglichkeit, wobei mir das "bereitstellen" oben nicht so gefällt, denn "assignment" ist eine Übertragung bzw. Abtretung.

Mit dieser Erkenntnis gewappnet könnte man das dann so formulieren:

Abtretung des Gesamtvermögens des Lizenznehmers zur Befriedigung der Gläubiger...

Den doppelten Genetiv müsste man noch rauskriegen
