Mir ist gerade der Unterschied zwischen interest und stakeholding nicht klar, bzw. was genau der Autor mir damit sagen will. Ich finde für beide Beteiligung:

Es geht mir also um den Unterschied zwischen nominal interest und economic stakeholding. Danke!

Stakeholder
Betroffener, Beteiligter durch Aktivitäten, an einem Unternehmen / einer Behörde, z.B. die Mitarbeiter, die Kunden, die Öffentlichkeit, die durch die Aktiväten beeinflusst wird. Das Verhältnis zu den "Stakeholdern" fließt in die Bewertung eines Unternehmens im Rahmen des EFQM-Modells ein (als "Partner" bzw. als "Gesellschaft").

Mir scheint deshalb die Antwort "wirtschaftliche Beteiligung" zwar in die Richtung zu gehen, aber dennoch nicht 100% zuzutreffen. Aber mir fällt im Moment nichts Besseres ein ;-)
