Kommt in einem Finanzierungsvertrag vor. Ich dachte an Justizbeamter oder sowas, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob man das so vage umschreiben kann. Leider finde ich auch nichts Hilfreiches. Kennt sich da jemand aus? Danke! |

Bei uns kennen wir doch den Begriff des gesellschaftsrechtlichen Geschäftsführers, der also nach den Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsrechts für die Gesellschaft verantwortlich zeichnet. Könnte das nicht in diese Richtung gehen, wo doch in Deinem Fall auf die Bestimmungen des Companies Act verwiesen wird?
