As consideration for using the XX products, PLAYER grants to COMPANY the exclusive right and license, to use the PLAYER’S name, likeness, photograph, initials, signature and/or endorsement of PLAYER in connection with the distribution, advertisement, promotion and sale of XX Products (“PLAYER’S Endorsement”). This includes COMPANY’S use of PLAYER’S Endorsement to promote COMPANY’S sponsorship, advertising and marketing programs and to promote the XX Products, without charge, on a world-wide basis and in any format or media including the internet.
