Assistance of the COMPANY's efforts in securing and/or *maintaining regulatory approvals* in Germany.
Unterstützung der Bemühungen des UNTERNEHMENS bei der Sicherung und/oder "Aufrechterhaltung von Durchführungsbestätigungen" in Deutschland
(meine "Rohformulierung", die mir aber ganz und gar nicht gefällt, zumal ich nicht richtig zuordnen kann, was
diese "regulatory approvals" sind.
Was genau würde man unter diesen regulatory approvals verstehen? (habt Ihr ein Beispiel parat?)

Explanation:
Da es sich um eine Beratungstätigkeit handelt, kann man wohl annehmen, dass die Beraterfunktion u.a. darin besteht die Auftragsfirma dabei zu beraten/zu unterstützen, die (für deren Produkte??) notwendigen "behördlichen Zulassungen" (das sind die "regulatory approvals") zu erhalten oder dafür zu sorgen, dass diese jeweils auf dem aktuellen Stand sind ("maintain").
