Der Terminus kommt in der Satzung einer Gesellschaft vor (Articles of asociation). Der Satz in der Einleitung der Satzung lautet wie folgt:
"The Regulations incorporated in Table A in the Schedule to the Companies (Tables A to F) Regulations 1985 ('Table') shall apply to the Company."
Wenn Ihr auch einen Tipp habt, ob "Regulation" mit "Vorschrift" und "Table" mit "Tabelle" richtig übersetzt sind, bin ich Euch extra dankbar!

Explanation:
Da ist was verrutscht im Text: Es muss heißen: in the Schedule to the Companies Regulations 1985 (Table A-F).

Die Companies Regulations 1985 bleiben idR unübersetzt. Das ist ein Teil des engl. Companies Act, in dem Mustersatzungen für die einzelnen Gesellschaftsformen enthalten sind. Die tables sind die Mustersatzungen: table A-F = Mustersatzung A-F

Die aritcles of associations haben sich idR an den Mustersatzungen zu orientieren.

Hier geht es um den Anhang zu den Companies Regulations 1985, der die Mustersatzungen enthält.

BTW, habe gerade gelesen, dass das genau hier der Fall ist:

Die in Table A (Mustersatzung A) im Anhang zu den Companies Regulations 1985 enthaltenen Bestimmungen/Vorschriften sind auf diese Gesellschaft anwendbar/finden auf diese Gesellschaft Anwendung usw.

Somit wird festgelegt, dass die Mustersatzung A für die vorliegende Satzung gilt.

Das heißt oben natürlich \"articles of association\"; mal wieder schneller gedacht als getippt :)
