Die Übersetzung dieser Klausel in einem Mediensponsorenvertrag bereitet mir Probleme. Da muss es eine entspr. deutsche Fassung geben. Der volle Text lautet:

"8.2. No agency
This Agreement confers no right upon either party to bind the other party, nor is any right conferred upon either party to bind the other party for any purpose whatsoever. Neither party shall be entitled to act or to purport to act as the agent of the other party, nor to lead one to believe that it is so acting."

agree  Hans G. Liepert: da es eine Überschrift ist, würde ich das im Deutschen unübliche 'kein' weglassen und nur 'Vertretungsverhältnis' schreiben - der Paragraph regelt das dann.
