Mein Versuch: ...oder (ii) um die Billigung der Produkte oder Dienstleistungen des Unternehmens auszudrücken oder zu implizieren

The term "endorsement" does mean "Billigung," but this might work too. :-)

I would also use \"eine\" or \"etwaige\" instead of \"die\" to include the meaning of \"any\".

Explanation:
Der Gedankengang ist richtig, ich würde aber nicht Billigung sagen, denn ein Produkt kann man nicht billigen. *Unterstützung* ginge wohl auch. Der Rest: expressive verbis oder implizit abzugeben.
