Die vorliegende Vereinbarung unterliegt deutschem Recht, und der Auftragnehmer unterwirft sich unwiderruflich der ???Rechtsprechung deutscher Gerichte.

"non-exclusive" finde ich nur zum Zusammenhang mit Lizenzen, aber hier geht es um eine schlichte Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung.
