Einen habe ich noch und dann bin ich erstmal ruhig. Noch immer aus einer Gerichtserklärung zur Verhandlung über die Verletzung eines Patents:

"XXX argues that the tips of the separator products have a unique irregular shape that does not constitue a cone, and therefore they do not *literally infringe* Claim 1 of the patent."

Handelt es sich dabei um eine Verletzung des Wortlauts?

Vielen Dank, ich werde es als "im eigentlichen Sinn verletzen" übersetzen, auch wenn die Tendenz hin zu "nicht direkt verletzen". Da habe ich dann aber das Problem bei "literal infringement": "Nicht direkte Verletzung" klingt nicht ganz sauber. Vielen Dank an alle.
