English to German translations [PRO]

Weis leider hier überhaupt nichts mit dem Begriff "sealed document" anzufangen. Wird offenbar auch als "sealed instrument" bezeichnet. Kann mir bitte auch jemand sagen, worauf sich das "on its behalf" bezieht? Ich dachte eigentlich auf die Vertragsparteien; aber müsste es dann nicht "on their behalf" heißen?
Das ganze scheint amerikanisches Englisch zu sein.
Bis jetzt habe ich: Zu Urkund dessen haben die Vertragsparteien veranlasst, dass diese Vereinbarung zum unterhalb angegebenen Datum als ... ausgefertigt wird. |
