It (die Erfindung) is known from US… to provide a motor which is mounted on an external device by fitting an exposed section of a radial bearing of the motor into an engaging recess of the external device to thus align the motor and the external device.

zum Eingriff vorgesehene Aussparung/Vertiefung (je nachdem)


Explanation:
"Einrast-" assoziiert zumindest bei mir einen Einfriff mit "Schapp- oder Klickgeräusch", was aber nicht zwingend der Fall sein muß, schon weil die Verbindung bereits bei der Montage (bzw. nicht derehendem Motor) hergestellt werden könnte.

Es greift also ein hervortretender/herausstehender Bereich des Radiallagers des Motors in eine zum Eingriff vorgesehene Aussparung/Vertiefung der "externen Vorrichtung".
